Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $75. $5.99 for orders under $75.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary between 10–21 business days depending on your location. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping price.

Shipment Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipment Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment (110 days for Brazil), please contact us at stan@rhivon.com so we can investigate the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are generally not eligible for refunds. If you believe your package was not received despite a delivered status, please contact us. Additional documentation, including official certification from the local postal service, may be required before a claim can be reviewed.
